From the Login Screen

  1. Click the Image:GuestLogin.png button. The screen will refresh with a Guest Login form.
  2. Please tell us who you are in order to log-in.
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email (for example name@organization.edu) -- this will be your log-in ID!
    • Job Title
    • Phone Number
    • Organization
    • How did you hear about us? -- select one
  3. Once all required fields (*) are filled out, click Image:Login.png to enter the site.

Your information will not be shared with any other parties, and will not be associated with any work you do while logged in.


Site Navigation & Features

Guided step-by-step instructions as a Web Tool user with a Staff user-level account.

A guest user can explore all Roadmap and POST drawings, and can copy and create new drawings within the "Guest" account.


Apply for an Account

Within the Guest account, persons affiliated with a Web Tool-registered Oregon school or business can request an account online. Simply have your staff or colleagues demo the site through the Guest Login, and apply for an account with your organization.

From the Guest account Dashboard:

  1. Click the Quick Links button.
  2. The screen will refresh with a prompt asking, "Are you affiliated with an Oregon school or business?".
    1. If Yes, you will be directed to fill out a New Account Request form.
      1. Please tell us your:
        • First Name
        • Last Name
        • Email (for example name@organization.edu) -- this will be your log-in ID!
        • Job Title
        • Phone Number
        • Organization -- select a Web Tool-registered organization from the drop down list.
        • How did you hear about us? -- select one
      2. Once all required fields (*) are filled out, click Image:SubmitApp.png.
      3. The Organization Administrator for the selected organization will receive an email notification to approve or deny your new account request.
      4. When your account request is approved, you will receive an email notification with a temporary password and link to log-in to your new account.
    2. If No, you are invited to continue exploring the Web Tool as a guest.
      • An automated email form is provided if you would like to contact us about using the Web Tool in your school or business outside of Oregon.

NOTE: Please provide accurate information for your account so that you can be notified of Web Tool updates, and receive technical and training support. Your name will be associated to all drawings you create or modify, within the Web Tool.
